When we remember we are all mad, the mysteries disappear & life stands explained

We had our 3 monthly care staff meeting today with our manager, without the officers, and we managed to express our issues with some members of our officer team clearly, and I think we cleared the air a little. I don't expect things to change overnight (they certainly haven't changed hugely since February) but it's nice to be able to express ourselves without getting shouted down. Positive meeting all in, so we'll see what happens. Some of her ideas I disagree with totally, but trying to have an open mind, as closed minds, are what causes major issues all the time.

In other news I have had a stonking headache for days now, and even painkillers just take the edge . I will ask the consultant next week if it's likely to do with my eyes. We also has new fridge! YAY! Great size, and wonderfully quiet!
